SHIPPING & RETURNS

Welcome to Spellbound Brush, the art of Tiffany Toland-Scott!

We are a small home-based business and as such it's simply not sustainable for us to offer free returns. We also no longer accept returns of prints due to the high cost of postage and high rate of shipping damage to returned prints.

If your order arrived damaged, please e-mail us at studio[at]spellboundbrush.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Please keep all of the packaging and take photos of the damaged package and contents. We will initiate an insurance claim with USPS and, if successful, will be able to refund or ship a replcement to you depending on item availability.

If you do not keep the package or document the damage with photos we will not be able to initiate a claim and will not be able to give you any kind of refund.

We ship via USPS and UPS, whichever you choose or whichever makes the most sense. Orders within the US take about 3-7 business days to arrive, and orders to other countries typically take 10-14 days but may take longer. If you have not received your international order within 30 days e-mail us at studio[at]spellboundbrush.com.
